Cell Phone Stipend for IT. staff unit members IT staff unit members that report directly or indirectly to the Director of Information Technology and who are required to have a cell phone for District IT-related business shall receive a monthly stipend added to their gross pay of $35 per month. Receipt of said stipend does not confer any type of District ownership or property right to the unit member’s cell phone or cell phone usage.
