Common use of Celldex Patent Rights Clause in Contracts

Celldex Patent Rights. Celldex shall be solely responsible, at its expense and in its sole discretion, for the preparation, filing, prosecution and maintenance of the patent applications and patents owned by or on behalf of Celldex claiming Antibodies and Antibody Materials in countries selected by Celldex, and for conducting any interferences, reexaminations, reissues, oppositions, or request for patent term extension relating thereto.
