Common use of Cellular Phone Clause in Contracts

Cellular Phone. The Company shall provide to the Executive a cellular telephone, at the Company's sole cost and expense. Upon termination of employment of the Executive by the Company or termination of employment by the Executive, under circumstances entitling the Executive to severance payments under the law, the Executive shall be entitled to continued use of the cellular phone until the end of the Notice Period.

Cellular Phone. The Company shall provide to the Executive with a cellular telephone, at phone for use in the Company's sole cost and expensecourse of performing Executive’s obligations under this Agreement as well as for reasonable personal usage. Upon termination of employment of The Company shall bear the Executive by the Company or termination of employment by the Executive, under circumstances entitling the Executive costs relating to severance payments under the law, the Executive shall be entitled to continued use of the cellular phone until according to the end Company’s policy, as amended from time to time. Executive shall return the cellular phone (together with its accessories) on the date of final termination of employment, but the phone number shall be the property of the Notice PeriodExecutive.
