Common use of CELLULAR TOWERS Clause in Contracts

CELLULAR TOWERS. At any time and from time to time throughout the Term, Landlord shall have the right to erect or cause to be erected one or more cellular towers, at its expense, on the Premises (each and collectively, a “Landlord Cell Tower”). No such Landlord Cell Tower shall constitute a portion of the Improvements under this Lease and, therefore, Landlord shall own all Landlord Cell Towers. Landlord’s right to erect, install, operate and maintain any Landlord Cell Tower shall be subject to the following:
