Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.
PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS Improvements placed on National Forest System land at the direction of either of the parties, shall thereupon become property of the United States, and shall be subject to the same regulations and administration of the Forest Service as other National Forest improvements of a similar nature. No part of this instrument shall entitle the cooperator to any share or interest in the project other than the right to use and enjoy the same under the existing regulations of the Forest Service.
CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS Concessionaire shall not affix, alter, or erect any permanent or temporary equipment, structures, buildings, or additions to the Concession Premises without first obtaining the prior written approval of Department.
ACCESS TO PLANTS AND PROPERTIES Seller shall comply with all the rules and regulations established by Buyer for access to and activities in and around premises controlled by Buyer or Buyer’s customer.
MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees. Personal Property In addition to the real property described in Section II, the Seller shall include the following personal property: _ The real property in Section II and any personal property in Section III shall be collectively known as the “Property”.
Personal Property Taxes (a) Lessee shall pay prior to delinquency all taxes assessed against and levied upon trade fixtures, furnishings, equipment and all other personal property of Lessee contained in the Premises or elsewhere. Personal Property Loss An employee's personal property loss or damage by the action of a client shall be replaced or repaired at the expense of the Employer to a maximum of seven hundred and fifty ($750.00) dollars, subject to integration with one hundred (100%) per cent coverage by Workers' Compensation Board, provided that reasonable proof of the cause of such damage is submitted by the employee concerned within reasonable time of such loss or damage.
MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING /APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the Association upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the Project. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Extras and Deposits as mentioned in clause 1.2.
Procurement and Property Management Standards The parties to this Agreement shall adhere to the procurement and property management standards established in 2 CFR 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, and to the Texas Uniform Grant Management Standards. The State must pre-approve the Local Government’s procurement procedures for purchases to be eligible for state or federal funds.
