Common use of Central Billing Clause in Contracts

Central Billing. If central billing is selected, Bank will xxxx Company for all New Balances under the Account, and Bank will send each Commercial Cardholder a Billing Statement showing the applicable New Balances for informational purposes. Company will pay Bank directly the total amount of all New Balances under the Account, as shown on the applicable Periodic Statement.
