Central negotiation. If the local parties do not reach agreement, a central party can request central negotiation within ten working days of the ending of the local negotiation meeting. Central negotiation shall start as soon as possible and, unless otherwise agreed, no later than 20 days after it has been requested. Negotiations shall be held speedily. The central negotiation can, unless otherwise agreed, be adjourned no more than once and for no more than five working days.
