Common use of Central Reservation Service Clause in Contracts

Central Reservation Service. After application to and approval by Merchant Bank (which shall be in Merchant Bank’s absolute discretion), and performance of a site inspection, Merchant may participate in the Central Reservation Service. Merchant shall comply with all applicable Operating Rules, including without limitation those set forth or referred to at Visa International Operating Regulations, Chapter 6, under “Central Reservation Service”.

Merchant shall comply with all applicable Operating Rules, including without limitation those set forth or referred to at Visa International Operating RegulationsUSA - Vol 1, Chapter 6, under “Central Reservation Service”.at 5.4.S and 5.4.R.
