Centre of Main Interest and Establishments. (a) The centre of main interest (as that term is used in Article 3(1) of the Insolvency Regulation) of each Dutch Loan Party is situated in its jurisdiction of incorporation. (b) The Borrower does not have an establishment (as that term is used in Article 2(h) of the Insolvency Regulation) situated outside of its jurisdiction of incorporation.
