Local Switching BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.6.
Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Global Connection local signaling transfer point switches or Global Connection local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.
Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better.
