Common use of CenturyLink Pre-OSS Services Clause in Contracts

CenturyLink Pre-OSS Services. Any services that allow the performance of an activity that is comparable to an activity to be performed through a CenturyLink OSS Service and that CenturyLink offers to provide to QuantumShift prior to, or in lieu of, CenturyLink’s provision of the CenturyLink OSS Service to QuantumShift. The term “CenturyLink Pre-OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to, the activity of placing orders for CenturyLink Retail Telecommunications Services or Access Service Requests through a telephone facsimile, electronic mail, or Web graphical user interface (“Web GUI”) communication.

The term “CenturyLink Pre-Pre- OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to, the activity of placing orders for CenturyLink Retail Telecommunications Services or Access Service Requests through a telephone facsimile, electronic mail, or Web graphical user interface (“Web GUI”) communication.
