CEQUADRANT AND WILDFILE RETENTION PLANS. Roxio will assume, administer and be responsible for payments under the Cequadrat retention plan and the Wildfile retention Plan upon and following the Separation Date. Any award earned and payable under the Cequadrant and Wildfile retention Plans prior to the Separation Date shall be the responsibility of and payable by Adaptec. Any award that is earned and payable pursuant to the Cequadrant and Wildfile retention Plans following the Separation Date shall be the responsibility of and payable by Roxio.
