Common use of Certain Benefits Clause in Contracts

Certain Benefits. During the Employment Term, the Executive may (subject to applicable eligibility requirements) participate in such insurance, health and medical benefits as are generally made available to the employees of the Company pursuant to such plans as are from time to time maintained by the Company. The Executive acknowledges that his participation in any benefit plan may require the Executive’s co-payment of a periodic premium as a deduction from his salary.

Certain Benefits. During the Employment Term, the Executive may (subject to applicable eligibility requirements) participate in such insurance, insurance and health and medical benefits as are generally made available to the employees senior executives of the Company pursuant to such plans as are from time to time maintained by the Company; provided, however, that the Company shall implement and maintain a health and medical plan as soon after the Employment Date as is reasonably practical and maintain such throughout the Employment Term. The Executive acknowledges that his participation in any benefit plan may require the Executive’s co-payment of a periodic premium as a deduction from his salary.

The Executive acknowledges that his participation in any benefit plan may require the Executive’s 's co-payment of a periodic premium as a deduction from his salary. The Executive agrees that the Bank may purchase key man life insurance on his life with the Bank as the beneficiary.

During the Employment Term, the Executive may (subject to applicable eligibility requirements) participate in such insurance, insurance and health and medical benefits as are generally made available to the other employees of the Company pursuant to such plans as are from time to time maintained by the Company. The Executive acknowledges ; provided however that his participation in any benefit plan may require such health insurance plans shall provide coverage for the Executive’s co-payment of a periodic premium as a deduction from , his salaryspouse and his family.
