None of Seller and his Affiliates, and Target’s directors, officers, and employees, has been involved in any material business arrangement or relationship with Target within the past twelve (12) months, and none of Seller and his Affiliates, and Target’s directors, officers, and employees owns any material asset, tangible or intangible, that is used in the business of Target.

Certain Business Relationships with Target. None of Seller and his Sellers, their Affiliates, Sellers’ directors, officers, employees and shareholders and Target’s directors, officers, and employees, and shareholders has been involved in any material business arrangement or relationship with Target within the past twelve (12) 12 months, and none of Seller and his Sellers, their Affiliates, Seller’s directors, officers, employees and shareholders and Target’s directors, officers, employees, and employees shareholders owns any material asset, tangible or intangible, that is used in the business of Target.

Certain Business Relationships with Target. None of Seller and his Affiliates, and Target’s directors, officers, and employees, has been involved in any material business arrangement or relationship with Target within the past twelve (12) months, and none of Seller and his Affiliates, and Target’s directors, officers, and employees owns any material asset, tangible or intangible, that is used in the business of Target.
