Certain Company Remedies. The parties acknowledge that the Company will suffer irreparable harm if the Executive breaches Paragraph 5.3 and/or Articles 6, 7 and/or 8 of this Agreement, either during or after its term. Accordingly, the Company shall be entitled to any right or remedy it may have, under this Agreement or otherwise, at law or equity, including but not limited to, an injunction, enjoining or restraining Executive from any violation of Paragraph 5.3 and/or Articles 6, 7 and/or 8 of this Agreement.
