Voluntary Resignation. The Employer may permit an employee to withdraw their resignation at any time prior to the effective date.
Voluntary Resignation. Should the Executive wish to resign from his position with the Company or terminate his employment for other than Good Reason during the Term, the Executive shall give sixty (60) days written notice to the Company, setting forth the reasons and specifying the date as of which his resignation is to become effective.

Voluntary Resignation. If the Employee voluntarily resigns from the Company (other than as an Involuntary Termination (as defined below) or if the Company terminates the Employee’s employment for Cause (as defined below)), then the Employee shall not be entitled to receive severance payments under this Agreement. The Employee’s benefits will be terminated under the Company’s then existing benefit plans and policies in accordance with such plans and policies in effect on the date of termination or as otherwise determined by the Board of Directors of the Company.
Voluntary Resignation. If Employee voluntarily resigns from the Company under circumstances which do not constitute an Involuntary Termination, then Employee shall not be entitled to receive payment of any severance benefits, or option acceleration, or relinquishment of forfeiture and transfer restrictions. Employee will receive payment(s) for all accrued but unpaid Annual Salary, including Annual Salary in respect of any accrued and accumulated but unpaid vacation, due to Employee at the date of such termination.
Voluntary Resignation. Executive may resign his or her employment and terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason other than due to a Constructive Termination (as defined in Section 6.6(c) herein). In such event, the Company shall pay Executive all Accrued Compensation (as defined in Section 6.2(c) herein), but no other compensation or reimbursement of any kind, including without limitation, any severance compensation or benefits shall be paid, and thereafter the Company’s obligations hereunder shall terminate.
