Common use of Certain Continuing Obligations Clause in Contracts

Certain Continuing Obligations. Executive acknowledges and agrees that certain provisions and post-employment covenants and obligations in the Employment Agreement shall survive the (a) termination of the employment relationship, (b) termination of the Employment Agreement, and (c) the execution of this Agreement; and Executive hereby agrees to fully honor his post-employment covenants and obligations as set forth in the Employment Agreement.

The Executive acknowledges and agrees that certain provisions and the post-employment termination restrictive covenants and obligations that apply to the Executive as set forth in the Employment Agreement Section B of Annex A shall survive the (a) termination of the employment relationship, (b) termination of the Employment Agreement, relationship and (c) the execution of this Agreement; , and the Executive hereby agrees shall continue to fully honor his post-employment covenants and obligations as set forth in the Employment Agreementobligations.
