Certain Defined Terms Inapplicable. The following terms defined in Section 1.01 of the Trust Agreement shall have no applicability to the Series of Certificates authorized hereby: "Class Notional Principal Balance," "Interest Only Certificates," "Interest Only Class," "Notional Principal Balance", "Participation Certificate", "Special Distribution Date" and "Special Record Date."
