Certain Defined Terms Inapplicable. The following terms defined in Section 1.01 of the Trust Agreement shall have no applicability to the Series of Certificates authorized hereby: “Accrual Certificate”, “Applicable Discount Rate”, “Assumed Reinvestment Rate”, “Expense Allowance Amount”, “First Mandatory Principal Distribution Date”, “Maximum Cash Flow Value Percentage”, “Percentage Interest”, “Special Distribution Date”, “Special Record Date”, “Surplus Cash”, “Surplus Cash Distribution Amount”, “Surplus Cash Percentage”, “Surplus Cash Security” (except for the limited purposes described in Section 19 of this Issue Supplement) and “Surplus Cash Security Register”.
