Common use of Certain Duties of the City Clause in Contracts

Certain Duties of the City. 3.6.1 In addition to its other duties under this Contract, the City shall perform the following services: 3.6.1.1 When requested to do so in writing by the Engineer, provide access to information such as existing drawings, maps, field notes, statistics, computations, and other data in the possession of the City which in the Director's opinion will assist the Engineer in the performance of its services hereunder; and 3.6.1.2 Examine the Construction Documents submitted by the Engineer and render decisions pertaining thereto within a reasonable time so as to avoid unnecessary delay in the progress of the Engineer's services.
