Certain Familial Relationships Prohibited. The Academy Board shall prohibit specifically identified family relationships pursuant to applicable law and the Terms and Conditions of this contract. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Contract, the following shall be deemed prohibited familial relationships for the purposes of this Contract:
