CERTAIN FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS. Counsel shall ensure that all subcontractors shall comply with the provisions of this Section in connection with any subcontract in excess of ten thousand dollars entered into by Counsel, as a result of the duties imposed on Counsel by this contract.
