(A) Promptly after the sending or filing thereof, all publicly available reports that Originator sends to any of its security holders and copies of all publicly available reports and registration statements that Originator files with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any national securities exchange other than registration statements relating to employee benefit plans and to registrations of securities for selling security holders, and (B) within 10 days after sending or filing thereof, FERC Form No. 2: Annual Report of Major Natural Gas Companies, sent or filed by Originator with FERC with respect to each of its fiscal years.
