Certain Incentive Income and Fee Income. Items of income, gain, loss and deduction corresponding to the TIG Incentive Income Amount, the TIG Fee Income Amount and the TWMH Fee Income Amount shall be allocated to the Members receiving the respective distributions related to such amounts pursuant to Sections 4.01(f), 4.01(g) and 4.01(h).
