Certain Interpretative Matters. The captions of Articles and Sections of this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not control or affect the meaning or construction of any of the provisions of this Agreement. As used herein, (a) words in the singular shall be held to include the plural and vice versa and words of one gender (or neuter) shall be held to include the other gender (or neuter) as the context requires, (b) the terms “hereof,” “herein,” and “herewith” and words of similar import shall, unless otherwise stated, be construed to refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement, (c) Section and paragraph references are to the Sections paragraphs to this Agreement unless otherwise specified, and (d) unless the context otherwise requires, the word “or” is not exclusive. Whenever the words “included,” “includes” or “including” are used in this Agreement, they shall be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.”
