Certain Interpretative Matters. In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires: (a) the singular number includes the plural number and vice versa; (b) reference to any Person includes such Person’s successors and assigns that are permitted by this Agreement, and reference to a Person in a particular capacity excludes such Person in any other capacity; (c) any accounting term used and not otherwise defined in this Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States consistently applied;
