Certain Interpretative Matters. Unless the context otherwise requires, (a) all references to Articles or Sections are to Articles or Sections of this Agreement, (b) each term defined in this Agreement has the meaning assigned to it, (c) all uses of "herein," "hereto," "hereof" and words similar thereto in this Agreement refer to this Agreement in its entirety, and not solely to the Article, Section or provision in which it appears, (d) "or" is disjunctive but not necessarily exclusive, and (e) words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
