Certain Obligations of the Corporation Following Termination of Executive’s Employment. Following termination of Executive’s employment during the Term under the circumstances described below, the Corporation will pay to Executive the following compensation and provide the following benefits in addition to any benefits to which Executive may be entitled by law in full satisfaction and final settlement of any and all claims and demands that Executive or the Corporation may have against the other under this Agreement:
