Common use of Certain Owner Rights on Termination Clause in Contracts

Certain Owner Rights on Termination. (a) Upon termination or expiration of the Term of this Agreement, Owner or its agent shall thereafter have the right to enter the Premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of exhibiting the Premises to others during the period commencing one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the expiration of the Term. After the end of the Season, which is prior to the expiration of the Term, Owner may place "for sale" or other notices on signs. Manager hereby waives any notice to vacate upon the expiration or other termination of this Agreement.
