Certain Personal Property. Schedule 4.8 sets forth a complete fixed asset schedule, describing all items of tangible personal property with an individual carrying value of at least $10,000 that were included in the Company Balance Sheet. No person other than the Company owns any vehicles, equipment or other tangible assets located on the Real Property that is necessary for the operation of the business. The assets are suitable for the purposes for which such assets are currently used or are held for use, and are in good working condition, subject to normal wear and tear.
