Certain provisions continue. The termination of this document with respect to a party does not affect: (a) any obligation of that party which accrued prior to that termination and which remains unsatisfied or which has been breached; and (b) any provision of this document which is expressed to come into effect on, or to continue in effect after, that termination, including those specified in clause 13.10.
