Certain Provisions of Nevada Law. Landlord shall, pursuant to Section 108.2405(1)(b) of the Nevada Revised Statutes (“NRS”), record a written notice of waiver of Landlord’s rights set forth in NRS 108.234 with the office of the recorder of Xxxxx County, Nevada, before the commencement of construction of each work of improvement with respect to the Leased Property by Tenant or caused by Tenant. Pursuant to NRS 108.2405(2), Landlord shall serve such notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, upon the prime contractor of such work of improvement and all other lien claimants who may give the owner a notice of right to lien pursuant to NRS 108.245, within ten (10) days after Landlord’s receipt of a notice of right to lien or ten (10) days after the date on which the notice of waiver is recorded.

Pursuant to NRS 108.2405(2), Landlord shall serve such notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, upon the prime contractor of such work of improvement and all other lien claimants who may give the owner a notice of right to lien pursuant to NRS 108.245, within ten (10) days after LandlordXxxxxxxx’s receipt of a notice of right to lien or ten (10) days after the date on which the notice of waiver is recorded.
