Certain References Ineffective Except During a Credit Facility Period. Except during a Credit Facility Period and during the period immediately after a Credit Facility Period until receipt by the Trustee of a certificate from the Credit Provider stating that all amounts payable to the Credit Provider under or in connection with the Credit Facility have been paid in full, all references to the Credit Provider or the Credit Facility in the Agreement, this Indenture and the Bonds shall be ineffective.
