In the event of any default by Customer in the payment of any amounts invoiced by Service Provider, which are not being disputed in accordance with Appendix A, Section 11A of DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-4378, which default continues unremedied for at least thirty (30) calendar days after the due date of such payment, Service Provider shall have the right to suspend or cease Customer’s right to use the Hosted Solution or the provision of any Hosted Solution Support under this Agreement, unless and until such default shall have been cured.
