CERTAIN RIGHTS RESERVED TO THE LANDLORD. H. (j) to approve the weight, size and location of safes or other heavy equipment or articles, which articles may be moved in, about, or out of the Building or premises only at such times and in such manner as Landlord shall direct and in all events, however, at Tenant's sole risk and responsibility;
(k) to designate and/or approve, prior to installation, all types of window shades, blinds, drapes, awnings, window ventilators and other similar equipment, and to control all internal lighting that may be visible from the exterior of the building.
(l) to take any and all measures, including inspections, repairs, alterations, decorations, additions and improvements to the Leased Premises premises or to the Building, as may be necessary or desirable for the safety, protection or preservation of the Leased Premises premises or the Building or the Landlord's interests, or as may be necessary or desirable in the operation of the Building; and
I. to add, remove or modify buildings, roadways, walkways, landscaping, lakes, grading and other improvements in or to the Development. CERTAIN RIGHTS RESERVED TO THE LANDLORD. The Landlord reserves and may exercise the following rights without affecting Tenant's obligations hereunder:
A. to change the name or street address of the Building;
B. to install and maintain a sign or signs on the exterior of the Building;
C. rights: (a) to have access for the Landlord and the other tenants of the Office Building to any mail chutes located on the Leased Premises according to the rules of the United States Post Office;
D. ; (b) during the last ninety (90) days of the term, or any part thereof, if during or prior to designate all sources furnishing sign painting and lettering, ice, drinking water, towels, coffee cart service and toilet supplies, lamps and bulbs used on that time the tenant vacates the Leased Premises;
E. , to retain at all times pass keys decorate, remodel, repair, alter or otherwise prepare the Leased Premises for reoccupancy; (c) to notify designated officers of the Tenant of the need for access to the Leased Premises during hours when the Tenant's Bank is closed and to be promptly provided entrance to the Leased Premises after notification, but in no event shall the Landlord be entitled to passkeys to the Leased Premises;
F. ; (d) subject to the provisions of Article XVI, to grant to anyone the exclusive right to conduct any particular business or undertaking in the Office Building;
G. ; (e) to close exhibit the Building after regular working hours and on the legal holidays subject, however, Leased Premises to Tenant's right to admittance, under such reasonable regulations as Landlord may prescribe from time to time, which may include by way of example but not of limitation, that persons entering or leaving the Building identify themselves to a watchman by registration or otherwise and that said persons establish their right to enter or leave the Building;
H. others; (f) to take any and all measures, including inspections, repairs, alterations, decorations, additions and improvements to the Leased Premises or to the Office Building, as may be necessary or desirable for the safety, protection or preservation of the Leased Premises or the Office Building or the Landlord's interestsinterest, or as may be necessary or desirable in the operation of the Office Building; and
I. to add, remove or modify buildings, roadways, walkways, landscaping, lakes, grading and for the construction or remodeling of other improvements space in or to the DevelopmentOffice Building. The Landlord may enter upon the Leased Premises and may exercise any or all of the foregoing rights hereby reserved without being deemed guilty of or an eviction or disturbance of the Tenant's use or possession and without being liable in any manner to the Tenant and without abatement of rent or affecting any of in the Tenant's obligations hereunder.

I. to add, remove or modify buildings, roadways, walkways, landscaping, lakes, grading and other improvements in or to the Development. The Landlord may enter upon the Leased Premises upon reasonable notice (in non-emergency situations) and subject to Tenant’s reasonable security measures and may exercise any or all of the foregoing rights hereby reserved without being deemed guilty of an eviction or disturbance of the Tenant's use or possession and without being liable in any manner to the Tenant and without abatement of rent or affecting any of the Tenant's ’s obligations hereunder.

To close the Building after regular working hours and on the legal holidays holidays; subject, however, to Tenant's right rights to admittance, under such reasonable regulations as Landlord may prescribe from time to time, which may include by way of example but not of limitation, that persons entering or leaving the Building identify themselves to a watchman by registration or otherwise and that said persons establish their right to enter or leave the Building; provided, however, Landlord shall not be liable for the failure to admit any person to the Building;
H. to J. To approve the weight, size and location of safes or other heavy equipment or articles, which articles may be moved in, about, or out of the Building or premises only at such times and in such manner as Landlord shall direct and in all events, however, at Tenant's sole risk and responsibility;
K. To take any and all measures, including inspections, repairs, alterations, decorations, additions and improvements to the Leased Premises premises or to the BuildingBuilding and to close or temporarily suspend, as may be necessary or desirable for the safety, protection or preservation of the Leased Premises premises or the Building or the Landlord's interestsinterests or the interest of other tenants, or as may be necessary or desirable in the operation of the Building; and
I. to add, remove or modify buildings, roadways, walkways, landscaping, lakes, grading and other improvements in or to the Development. The Landlord may enter upon the Leased Premises demised premises and may exercise any or all of the foregoing rights hereby reserved without being deemed guilty of an eviction or disturbance of the Tenant's use or possession and without being liable in any manner to the Tenant and without abatement of rent or affecting any of the Tenant's obligations hereunder.

(e) So long as the same is consistent with comparable Class A suburban office buildings located in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia area, to grant to anyone the exclusive right to conduct any particular business or undertaking in the BuildingBuilding provided that Landlord shall not grant an exclusive pursuant to this Section 28(e) which materially interferes with Tenant’s business operations within the Premises;
G. to (f) To close the Building after regular working hours and on the legal holidays subject, however, to Tenant's ’s right to of admittance, under such reasonable regulations as Landlord may prescribe from time to time, which may include include, by way of example but not of limitation, that persons entering or leaving the Building identify themselves to a watchman by registration or otherwise and that said persons establish their right to enter or leave the Building;; and
H. (g) Subject to the other express terms of this Lease, to take any and all measures, including inspections, repairs, alterations, decorations, additions additions, and improvements to the Leased Premises or to the Building, and identification and admittance procedures for access to the Building as may be necessary or desirable for the safety, protection protection, preservation or preservation security of the Leased Premises or the Building or the Landlord's ’s interests, or as Landlord may be deem necessary or desirable in the operation of the Building; and
I. Building provided that Landlord shall take commercially reasonable efforts to add, remove or modify buildings, roadways, walkways, landscaping, lakes, grading minimize any material interference with Tenant’s use and other improvements in or to the Development. The Landlord may enter upon the Leased Premises and may exercise any or all occupancy of the foregoing rights hereby reserved without being deemed guilty of an eviction or disturbance of the Tenant's use or possession and without being liable in any manner to the Tenant and without abatement of rent or affecting any of the Tenant's obligations hereunderPremises.
