CERTAIN RIGHTS RESERVED TO THE LANDLORD. Landlord waives no rights except those that may be specifically waived in this Lease, and explicitly retains all other rights including, without limitation, the following rights, the exercise of which shall not be deemed to constitute an eviction or disturbance of Tenant's use or possession of the Premises and shall not give rise to any claim for set-off or abatement of Rent or any other claim:
