Certain Separations from Service within 24 Months Following a Change in Control. If a Change in Control occurs during the term of this Agreement and, within 24 months following the date of such Change in Control, Executive is Involuntarily Separated from Service or Separates from Service for Good Reason, Executive shall be entitled to all of the benefits described in clauses (i) through (v) of Section 5(d) of this Agreement, for a period of 24 months following Executive’s termination of employment, with the following modifications:
