Common use of Certain Special Servicer Reports Clause in Contracts

Certain Special Servicer Reports. (a) The Special Servicers, for each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, shall provide to the applicable Master Servicer by 2:00 p.m. (New York time) on the date that is one Business Day after the Determination Date for each month, the CMSA Special Servicer Loan File in such electronic format as is mutually acceptable to each applicable Master Servicer and each applicable Special Servicer and in CMSA format. The applicable Master Servicer may use such reports or information contained therein to prepare its reports and such Master Servicer may, at its option, forward such reports directly to the Depositor and the Rating Agencies.
