Common use of Certain Special Servicer Reports Clause in Contracts

Certain Special Servicer Reports. (a) The Special Servicer, for each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, shall provide to the Master Servicer and the Paying Agent on or prior to the Determination Date for each month, a Special Servicer Monthly Report and the CMSA Reports in such electronic format as is mutually acceptable to the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer and in CMSA format. The Master Servicer and the Paying Agent may use such reports or information contained therein to prepare its reports and the Master Servicer may, at its option, forward such reports directly to the Depositor and the Rating Agencies. The Special Servicer, for each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, shall provide to the Master Servicer, the Paying Agent and the Trustee on or prior to the Determination Date for each month, a Special Servicer Monthly Report substantially in the form of Exhibit O or in such electronic format as is mutually acceptable to the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer. The Master Servicer, the Paying Agent and the Trustee may use such reports or information contained therein to prepare its reports and the Master Servicer may, at its option, forward such Special Servicer Monthly Reports directly to the Depositor and the Rating Agencies. The Special Servicer Monthly Report shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit O and shall contain a narrative description for each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan of the current status of such Loan including the status of any workout or foreclosure, the change in such status since the prior Special Servicer Monthly Report, and other information described in Exhibit O.
