Common use of Certain Tax Law Changes Clause in Contracts

Certain Tax Law Changes. In the event of the passage after the date of this Mortgage of any law deducting from the value of real property, for the purpose of taxation, amounts in respect of any Lien thereon or changing in any way the laws for the taxation of mortgages or debts secured by mortgages for state or local purposes or the manner of the collection of any such taxes, and imposing a new tax, either directly or indirectly, on this Mortgage, Mortgagee, any Indenture Document to which Mortgagor is a party or any other document relating to the Secured Obligations, Mortgagor shall promptly pay to Mortgagee such amount or amounts as may be necessary from time to time to pay such tax.
