Grant of Mortgaged Property. The Mortgagor hereby grants, mortgages, bargains, sells, assigns and conveys to the Mortgagee (for its benefit and for the benefit of the other Secured Parties), and hereby grants to the Mortgagee (for its benefit and for the benefit of the other Secured Parties), a security interest in and upon all of the Mortgagor's estate, right, title and interest in, to and under the following property, whether now owned or held or hereafter acquired from time to time (collectively, the "Mortgaged Property"):
(i) Premises;
(ii) Leased Premises;
(iii) Leases;
(iv) Rents;
(v) Permits;
(vi) Contracts;
(vii) Records; and
Grant of Mortgaged Property. The Mortgagor hereby grants, mortgages, bargains, sells, assigns and conveys to the Mortgagee (for its benefit and for the benefit of the Secured Parties), and hereby grants to the Mortgagee (for its benefit and for the benefit of the Secured Parties), a security interest in and upon, all of the Mortgagor’s estate, right, title and interest in, to and under the following property, whether now owned or held or hereafter acquired from time to time (collectively, the “Mortgaged Property”):
Grant of Mortgaged Property. The Mortgagor hereby grants, mortgages, bargains, sells, assigns and conveys to the Mortgagee (for its benefit and for the benefit of the Secured Parties), and hereby grants to the Mortgagee (for its benefit and for the benefit of the Secured Parties), a security interest in and upon, all of the Mortgagor’s estate, right, title and interest in, to and under the following property, whether now owned or held or hereafter acquired from time to time (collectively, the “Mortgaged Property”):
(i) Land [Land leased pursuant to the Mortgaged Lease];
(ii) Improvements;
(iii) Leases;
(iv) Rents;
(v) Permits;
(vi) Records; and
(vii) Proceeds; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Mortgaged Property, together with all estate, right, title and interest of the Mortgagor and anyone claiming by, through or under the Mortgagor in and to the Mortgaged Property and all rights and appurtenances relating thereto, unto the Mortgagee, its successors and assigns, for the purpose of securing the payment and performance in full of all the Secured Obligations; provided, however, that any agreement to which the Mortgagor is a party shall be excluded from the security interest granted by the Mortgagor under this Section 2.1 to the extent that the mortgage or assignment thereof or the creation of a security interest therein would constitute a breach of the terms of such agreement, or would permit any party to such agreement to terminate such agreement, in each case as entered into by the Mortgagor; provided, further, however, that any of the agreements excluded in accordance with the foregoing provision shall cease to be so excluded if, at such time, (x) the prohibition of mortgage or assignment or creation of a security interest in such agreement is no longer in effect, or is rendered ineffective as a matter of law, or (y) the Mortgagor has obtained all of the consents of the other parties to such agreement necessary for the assignment of, or creation of a security interest in, such agreement.
Grant of Mortgaged Property. The Mortgagor hereby grants, mortgages, bargains, sells, assigns and conveys to the Mortgagee (for its benefit and for the benefit of the other Secured Parties), and hereby grants to the Mortgagee (for its benefit and for the benefit of the other Secured Parties), a security interest in and upon all of the Mortgagor’s estate, right, title and interest in, to and under the following property, whether now owned or held or hereafter acquired from time to time (collectively, the “Mortgaged Property”):
(i) Land;
(ii) Improvements;
(iii) Leases;
(iv) Rents;
(v) Permits;
(vi) Contracts;
(vii) Records; and
Grant of Mortgaged Property. The Grantor hereby pledges, gives, grants, bargains, sells, assigns and conveys to the Trustee, its successors and assigns, in trust, with powers of sale, for the use and benefit of the Beneficiary, and hereby grants to the Beneficiary (for its benefit and for the benefit of the other Secured Parties), a security interest in and Deed of Trust Lien upon all of the Grantor’s estate, right, title and interest in, to and under the following property, whether now owned or held or hereafter acquired from time to time (collectively, the “Mortgaged Property”):
(i) Land;
(ii) Improvements;
(iii) Leases;
(iv) Rents;
(v) Permits;
(vi) Contracts;
(vii) Records; and
Grant of Mortgaged Property. The Mortgagor hereby --------------------------- grants, mortgages, bargains, sells, assigns and conveys to the Mortgagee, and hereby grants to the Mortgagee, a mortgage lien and security interest in and upon, all of the Mortgagor's estate, right, title and interest in, to and under the following property, whether now owned or held or hereafter acquired from time to time (collectively, the "Mortgaged Property"): ------------------

(iv) Rents;

(viii) Proceeds; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Mortgaged Property, together with all estate, right, title and interest of the Mortgagor and anyone claiming by, through or under the Mortgagor in and to the Mortgaged Property and all rights and appurtenances relating thereto, unto the Mortgagee, its successors and assigns, for the purpose of securing the payment and performance in full of all the Secured Obligations.
Grant of Mortgaged Property. The Mortgagor hereby grants, mortgages, bargains, sells, assigns, transfers and conveys to the Mortgagee, and hereby grants to the Mortgagee, a security interest in and upon all of the Mortgagor’s estate, right, title and interest in, to and under the following property, whether now owned or held or hereafter acquired from time to time (collectively, the “Mortgaged Property”):
(i) Land;
(ii) Improvements;
(iii) Leases;
(iv) Rents;

Grant of Mortgaged Property. In order to secure the due and punctual payment and performance of all of the Obligations for the benefit of the Mortgagee on behalf of the Secured Parties, and in consideration of the payment of ten dollars ($10.00) and the other benefits accruing to the Mortgagor, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, THE MORTGAGOR HEREBY GIVES, GRANTS, MORTGAGES, BARGAINS, SELLS, ASSIGNS, TRANSFERS, CONVEYS AND CONFIRMS TO THE MORTGAGEE AND ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FOREVER, and grants to Mortgagee on behalf of the Secured Parties a security interest in and lien upon, all of the Mortgagor’s estate, right, title and interest, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, whether as lessor or lessee and whether vested or contingent, in and to all of the following described property, whether now owned or held or hereafter acquired from time to time (collectively, the “Mortgaged Property”):
