Certain UCC and Accounting Terms. Except as otherwise defined in this Agreement or the Other Agreements, all words, terms and/or phrases used herein and therein shall be defined by the applicable definition therefor (if any) in the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted by the State of Illinois. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any accounting terms used in this Agreement which are not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning customarily given to them in accordance with GAAP. All financing computations hereunder shall be computed, unless otherwise specifically provided herein, in accordance with GAAP as consistently applied.
