Certain Voting Matters. Each of the First Lien Collateral Agent on behalf of the First Lien Secured Parties, the Second Lien Collateral Agent on behalf of the Second Lien Secured Parties, and the Third Lien Collateral Agent on behalf of the Third Lien Secured Parties, agrees that, without the consent of the others, it will not seek to vote with any of the others as a single class in connection with any plan of reorganization in any Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding.
