Common use of Certain Words and References Clause in Contracts

Certain Words and References. References to sections or provisions of the Constitution of the State or to sections, provisions, chapters or titles of the Ohio Revised Code or the United States Code shall be construed to also refer to successor sections, provisions, chapters or titles. Words of the masculine gender include the feminine and the neuter, and when the sense so indicates, words of the neuter gender may refer to any gender.
