Certificate Authority. The application and allocation procedure for SSL certificates is subject to the rules and procedures of the certificate authority issuing the SSL / TLS certificate. The relevant certificate authority decides on the granting of the SSL / TLS certificate and will carry out the necessary checks for this purpose.
