Username and Passwords. Xxxxxxxx.xxx will issue to the Subscriber a requested number of usernames and passwords necessary to access Xxxxxxxx.xxx services, not to exceed 10 usernames and passwords per subscription fee. Subscriber is responsible for preserving the secrecy of its users and for ensuring that access to services and use of its usernames and passwords are controlled by it and that, in those instances where a purchase order provides time and/or dollar and/or database limitations, use of the system does not exceed those limitations. Subscriber is liable for any and all charges for services to its usernames, whether or not authorized by Subscriber.
Username and Passwords. One of the main security features protecting your Account(s) is the unique combination of your Username and Password. During the enrollment process, you will be asked to select a unique Username and Password that will be used to access Online Banking. You choose your own Password, which will be encrypted in our database. Bridgewater Bank does not have access to this information. Your Online Banking access will be automatically deactivated after three unsuccessful login attempts within a 24-hour time frame. You may reset your Password online or contact Bridgewater Bank for assistance. Because your Password is used to access your Accounts, you should treat it as you would any other sensitive personal data. Your Password, which is case sensitive, must comply with the following requirements:
a. The Password must be 8-16 characters.
b. The Password must include at least one letter and one number.
c. The Password must include at least one special character ($, #, !, %, etc.) We further recommend that you:
a. Carefully select a Password that is hard to guess;
b. Do not use words based on your name, birthday, or other easily identifiable information that could make a Password easier to guess;
c. Use special characters and a combination of capital letters, lower-case letters and numbers to increase security;
d. Keep your Password secure;
e. Memorize your Password and do not write it down;
f. Change your Password regularly. BRIDGEWATER BANK WILL NOT CONTACT YOU VIA TELEPHONE OR EMAIL REQUESTING PERSONAL INFORMATION, YOUR USERNAME OR YOUR PASSWORD. IF YOU ARE CONTACTED BY ANYONE REQUESTING SUCH INFORMATION, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.

YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND SOCIAL MEDIA AND OTHER SERVICES LOGIN INFORMATION AND ALL ACCESS TO AND USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT, INCLUDING ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING USE OR PROVISION OF ANY SERVICES) THAT ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH THE USE OF YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD WHETHER OR NOT AUTHORIZED BY YOU. You agree not to transfer or resell your or otherwise convey your Account or the right to use your Account or any rights therein to anyone. If you have reason to believe that your Account is no longer secure, you must: (i) promptly change your password, and (ii) immediately notify ec2 of the problem by emailing us at xxxxxxx@xx0xxxxxxxx.xxx (with the subject line: "Account Security Issues"). You may not use anyone else's Account at any time and you may not allow anyone else to use your Account at any time. You agree that ec2 will not be liable for any loss you may incur as a result of someone else using your Account, either with or without your knowledge, and you further agree that you will be liable for losses incurred by ec2 or another party due to someone else using your Account.

This can be done at any time from the “My Settings” menu after you log on to the Service. • Xxxxx Trust Company employees will never ask for your password or security question answers. NEITHER THIS INSTITUTION NOR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL CONTACT YOU VIA TELEPHONE OR E-MAIL REQUESTING PERSONAL INFORMATION, YOUR USERNAME, OR YOUR PASSWORD. IF YOU ARE CONTACTED BY ANYONE REQUESTING THIS INFORMATION, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.

Access to the Assessments, Products, and/or Services shall be granted to only those Customer and Participating Testing Site staff and students that have been authorized to use the Assessments, Products, and/or Services by Customer. Each authorized staff member and examinee will be required to use a unique username and password to access the online platforms provided as part of the Assessments, Products, and Services. Staff and examinees may not share with or otherwise divulge their password to any other person. Access to the online platform is personal to the individual authorized staff member or examinee. Customer and Participating Testing Site staff accessing the online platforms must log in using an email address having a domain affiliated with Customer or Authorized Customer Location and may not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent to ACT their identity or affiliation with a person or entity.

Copyright and Ownership of Information: Subscriber agrees to comply with any copyright notices or other limitation on use which are applicable to services, databases, or other information provided through Xxxxxxxx.xxx. Acceptance of this agreement allows Subscriber a non-transferable END-USER License in any provided software. The software is licensed, not sold, and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Subscriber may copy software on Subscriber’s computer or computers at one location only. Software furnished is dedicated for Subscriber’s use only. Subscriber may not rent or lease the software or separate component parts to anyone else. Subscriber may also store or install a copy of the software on a storage device, such as a network server, for Subscriber’s use only. Payment Invoices for all services rendered will be prepared by Xxxxxxxx.xxx and provided by Xxxxxxxx.xxx. Rates shall be in accordance with the current Xxxxxxxx.xxx rate schedule. Terms of invoice payment shall be net twenty (20) days. In addition to the rates contained herein, Subscriber shall pay Xxxxxxxx.xxx for all sales, use, and excise taxes incurred by Xxxxxxxx.xxx in providing services to Subscriber. Xxxxxxxx.xxx makes no representations as to the liability or exemption from liability of the Subscriber to any tax imposed by any governmental entity. Past due invoices may be subject to a delinquency charge of 1.5% per month of the amount in arrears, or the legal limit, whichever is less. Subscriber agrees to pay all costs of collection of delinquent accounts, including reasonable attorney’s fees, as permitted by law.
