CERTIFICATE & COSTS & SET-OFF. 19.1. A statement signed by a manager of the Supplier, whose appointment it shall not be necessary to prove, specifying the amounts due, owing and payable by the Customer in terms of this agreement, from time to time, shall be prima facie proof of its contents, and sufficient for all purposes, including obtaining judgment and provisional sentence against the Customer. 19.2. The Customer shall repay to the Supplier on demand all costs the Supplier actually incurs as a result of the Customer’s failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement and/or the cancellation hereof including all legal costs on an attorney and own client scale. 19.3. The Customer shall not be entitled to set off any amount/s that may be owing to it by the Supplier against any amount it owes or may owe the Supplier in terms of this agreement
