Certificate Insurer Access. Upon the occurrence of a Trigger Event, the Servicer shall afford the Certificate Insurer access to its books and records concerning the servicing of the Mortgage Loans, and shall make servicing officers available to the Certificate Insurer to discuss the servicing of the Mortgage Loans, upon reasonable prior notice to the Servicer, and during the Servicer's normal business hours.
