Certificate of a Responsible Officer of each Borrower. At the time that each Borrower delivered financial statements to the Lender in accordance with Section 7.01 hereof, such Borrower shall, and shall cause the Guarantor to, forward to the Lender a certificate of a Responsible Officer of such Borrower which demonstrates that such Borrower or the Guarantor, as applicable, is in compliance with the covenants set forth in Sections 7.15, 7.16 and 7.17.
