Certificate of Agent. A certificate in writing signed by an officer of the Agent certifying the amount payable by an Obligor hereunder or stating any other act, matter or thing relating to any Transaction Document is prima facie and binding on each Obligor in the absence of manifest error on the face of the certificate.
