Certificate of Airworthiness. Each Aircraft will for the purpose of this Agreement be deemed to be "ready for delivery" upon (a) the satisfactory completion of its acceptance tests, (b) the issuance of Certificate of Airworthiness for Export in the "Transport Category" with respect thereto by the DGAC, and (c) the Seller's compliance with the other obligations to be performed by it under Subclauses 2.3 and 9.3 hereof.
